Keith Grossman is a Family and Marriage Attorney at Grossman Law & Conflict Management. He has more than 20 years experience in and out of the courtroom, and specializes in Collaborative Law and Mediation, which focuses on marriage and family law solutions without conflict by avoiding court and litigation when possible. However, Attorney Keith Grossman is more than prepared to present your case in court when necessary. He fights for the rights of his clients both in and out of the courtroom. Keith handles marriage and family law cases involving divorce, child support, alimony, paternity, prenuptial agreements, parenting plans and time sharing.
Keith is a Certified Family Mediator who helped to establish and supervise the Family Law Resource Center, a program designed to help families in divorce navigate through the court system and reduce conflict typically associated with the divorce process.
Keith graduated from the University of Florida with a law degree as well as a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. He is a member of the Florida Bar and Dispute Resolution Center of Florida, Lee County Bar Association, the Southwest Florida Collaborative Professionals Association, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Keith served as the President of the Lee County Bar Association in 2009.

Danielle Levy, Law Clerk
Danielle assists Keith with preparations for hearings and trials. Clients will also see Danielle assisting Keith in court and at mediations.
Danielle began working for Keith in Fall 2010 before moving to Fort Lauderdale. She rejoined the firm in summer 2011 after moving back to Fort Myers, where she was born and raised. She recently passed the Florida Bar Exam and is waiting to be licensed to practice law.
Danielle graduated in 2010 with a Juris doctor from Loyola University in Chicago, where she concentrated on Child and Family Law in Loyola's Civitas Child Law Clinic. She was a senior editor and contributing writer of the Children's Legal Rights Journal. While living in Chicago, Danielle worked for both a private family law firm and the Public Guardian in their Domestic Relations and Dependency divisions. Prior to law school she attended the University of Florida, graduating cum laude in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Kim Townsend, Paralegal
Kim was born and raised in South Florida and has lived in Lee County since the age of 7. She graduated from Cypress Lake High School in 1986, and became a wife and mother shortly after graduation. She is a happily remarried mother of three fantastic daughters and four stepchildren (which gives her first-hand experience in co-parenting with a former spouse).
In 2002, Kim chose to further her education by enrolling in college. She graduated from Hodges University (formerly known as International College) in 2005 with her Associates Degree. Kim began working part-time in 2005 at the law firm of Roosa, Sutton, Burandt & Adamski, where Keith was an associate attorney at the time, and began working for Keith In March of 2006. Kim became a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2009 and continues to increase her client skills and legal abilities by completing Continuing Legal Education requirements every year. Kim is also a Notary Public.
Kim assists clients in completing the pleadings and discovery documents required in their case. She also assists Keith in preparing for hearings, trials and mediations. Clients can always count on her knowledge, compassion and first-hand experience in divorce and co-parenting to help them get through what can be a very stressful life change.
Dori O'Donnell, Paralegal:
Along with her paralegal duties, Dori is in charge of client relations. She will more than likely be the first person you speak with upon contacting Grossman Law and Conflict Management.
Dori was born mere minutes from the Scranton, Pennsylvania area and more recently hailed from New York City, just prior to her relocation to Southwest Florida in 2009. She previously worked for another local family law attorney prior to finding her home here at Grossman Law & Conflict Management in 2010.
