Think Outside the Court Divorce Mediation Program
Do you need help negotiating your divorce with your spouse? We have designed the Think Outside the Box Divorce Mediation Program to lead you toward a fair and respectful resolution without you having to do it on your own.
We offer mediation as a private alternative to litigation, which can be used in divorce, paternity, and other family law matters.
You can make your divorce easy and painless without spending a lot of money. We help you move towards an uncontested divorce.
We also offer E-Mediation as an option (which is sometimes referred to as Online Dispute Resolution or Distance Mediation). This means we conduct the mediation by phone or video conference, and everybody is in separate locations.
E-Mediation helps reduce tension, it allows you to attend from a location where you feel comfortable, and it makes scheduling easier. You just need a phone or internet connection.

You Tell Your Spouse What Would Help You Move On
Mediation takes place in a relaxed and neutral atmosphere, which encourages collaboration and brainstorming for solutions. It is based on concepts of negotiation and communication, and it emphasizes self-determination, the needs and interests of the participants, flexibility, and fairness. You tell your spouse what you would like to establish for the benefit of your children, how you would like to divide your property, and how much you need to live on. Mediation is considered a success when both participants feel they have “won”.
