Attorney Keith Grossman Discusses Solutions to Workplace Conflict at Southwest Florida Employers Association Luncheon
Fort Myers, FL – February 22, 2012 – Attorney and Mediator Keith Grossman, founder and Managing Partner of Grossman Law & Conflict Management, shared ways to effectively manage workplace disputes with members of the Southwest Florida Employers Association at the group’s monthly luncheon Feb. 8th in Naples.
Grossman’s presentation,“Is Conflict Managing Your Business?”, provided valuable tips on conflict management and solutions that are effective in the workplace. Grossman discussed a variety of ways to negotiate through workplace conflict for solutions that benefit all the parties involved. Grossman encouraged methods to proactively minimize conflict and to prevent litigation.
