Attorney Keith Grossman Presented “Is Conflict Managing Your Business?” Identifying effective solutions for managing conflict in the workplace
Fort Myers, FL – September 23, 2013 - Attorney and Mediator Keith Grossman, founder and managing partner of Grossman Law & Conflict Management, gave an insightful presentation on how to effectively manage conflicts in the workplace for managers attending the Florida Veterinary Referral Center’s Fall Symposium.
The symposium took place on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Estero.
A recent study reports that unresolved conflict is responsible for up to 65% of workplace performance problems. In his presentation, Keith Grossman offered strategies for identifying potential problematic situations and managing conflict when it arises. In addition to offering ways to improve conflict
management, Grossman also discussed how managing conflicts could result in a
constructive outcome for both employees and the business as a whole.
“It is nearly impossible to live and work with others without encountering some type
of conflict. Managers need to find effective ways to resolve conflict in the workplace in order to keep business operations running smoothly. I want to provide managers and business owners with the right tools to successfully manage conflict and find a constructive resolution,” Keith Grossman states.
